- Refunds are not available once access has been granted, in order to protect intellectual property rights.
2. Live Courses (if applicable)Refund requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase provided that:
- No live session has been attended
- A written request is submitted via email
3. Technical Issues - If a technical issue prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved within 72 hours after reporting, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
